What you are buying

One access key to The Knowledge Graft, a coaching-education library published by Strength Factory (Ivan Rajkovic, Dubai). The key gives you reading access to the observatory and every book in it, on your own devices, for as long as the Graft is published. It is a licence to read, not a transfer of the content: the books stay inside the Graft and are not supplied as files.

The Knowledge Graft is coaching education. It is not medical advice, and the Master of Coaching Intelligence credential, when it opens, is a Strength Factory credential and not a licensed qualification.

Your key

The key is issued to the email address used at checkout and is for your use. It works on up to five of your own devices. A key found in use beyond that is locked until you get in touch. Sharing, reselling or publishing a key ends the licence.

Refunds

This is a digital product, delivered the moment payment clears: the key appears on screen and by email. Because of that, sales are final once a key has been issued.

We refund in full if:

• you were charged and no key was issued, and we cannot issue one within 48 hours;
• you were charged more than once for the same key;
• the observatory cannot be opened with your key and we cannot resolve it within 48 hours.

We do not refund a change of mind, or a product that did not meet expectations not stated on the page. To claim, email contact@strength-factory.com within 7 days of purchase with the email you paid with. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, normally within 5 to 10 business days.

Payment

Payments are taken through Stripe by Obsidia Health Intelligence, a company owned by Ivan Rajkovic, the founder of Strength Factory. Your Stripe receipt, and on some banks your card statement, carries that name; otherwise the charge reads KNOWLEDGE GRAFT. We never see or store your card details.

Privacy

We keep your name, email address, the key issued to you, when it was issued and the devices it has been used on. That is what we need to issue the key, send it again if you lose it, and keep it yours. Stripe holds the payment record. Resend delivers the email. We do not sell or share your details, and we email you about the Graft only: your key, and changes to what your key includes.

Your reading progress is stored in your browser, not on our servers.
